Ms Nomtandazo Thandi Moyo was appointed the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Government Printing Works under the Department of Home Affairs from 1 May 2016. She holds a BA degree in Human and Social Sciences specialising in Political Leadership and Citizenship with the University of South Africa. She also holds other qualifications in Training and Development Management and Project Management. She joined the public service in 2006 and held several Executive Management positions in Gauteng Province, City of Johannesburg, Department of COGTA and Department of Home Affairs as Special Advisor to the Minister.
Mr Barnard joined the GPW in 2008 and was appointed as General Manager Financial Services in April 2010. He is a Chartered Accountant and a registered member of SAICA. His portfolio of responsibilities includes financial accounting, cost and management accounting and supply chain management and logistics.
Mr Engelbrecht joined the GPW in 1976 and was appointed General Manager Operations and Production in April 2010. His portfolio of responsibilities includes production and technology research and development, managing of production, planning and business development, production of high security and related printing, and production equipment maintenance planning. He holds the following degrees: Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Commerce Honours, Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Administration Honours.
Michelle Modise was appointed as the General Manager Human Resources on 1 September 2015. She holds a Masters in Human Resources, awarded by the University of Johannesburg amongst her other tertiary qualifications. Ms Modise has more than 15 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources, acquired from both the private and the public sector. Her portfolio includes: Leadership in Human Resource planning, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development and Labour Relations.
